leoneo187: Geez man, the whole point of watching Matt’s vids is learning how to REMOVE MALWARE!! I can’t believe you went out and BOUGHT a new PC instead of just watching a few of Matt’s vids and destroying the malware with a Boot CD! Why are you looking at these videos at all??

  3. Idolpurist says:

All versions of McAfee are average or slightly above average EXCEPT for McAfee with Artemis.
That version, which is the most expensive, has great preventive capabilities and On-Demand prowess. Still, I wouldn’t PAY for it. Most ppl freeware suites are just as good. Screw giving McAfee any more $.

I think the faster Antivirus is ESET… I ‘m using it! But the best I think is Avast 5 but it’s slowing down the PC…

if you don’t have much ram get nod32 its using 34 mb of ram and its alot safer

  19. paulspydar says:

what would you prefer to use if you only had the choice between mcafee security suite or ESET NOD32?

  20. Gvenge says:

Guys… guys, get a keygen (or just go buyan antivirus program) NOD32 IS THE WIN!!!!!!

  21. MokkaFergie says:

@paulspydar I would prefer ESET. Quick scanning, doesn’t use tons of memory.

  22. utubeguy35 says:

McAfee sux. TERRIBLE antivirus doesnt track tracking cookies that Norton Security Suite (i am a comcast/xfinity customer) detects.

  23. ThatKidWithMyHat says:

Guys, i did a virus scan, and it said there was a virus inside of the mcafee which took down the everything in the protection area. do a scan of it to be sure if it happens to you.

  24. TheLethalHobo says:

Mcafee finds shitty stuff, it doesnt find any of the shit that pretends to be other antivirus software. I’ve dealt with 3 computers with mcafee fully functional that I had to pretty much completely wipe them clean and reinstall everything. It’s a shame too, one of the computers blocked internet explorer, system restore, safe mode, task manager, and pretty much everything else you can think of to get rid of it. Mcafee’s scan came up with no threats reported. EPIC FAIL

I know that this video is over a year old, but I find it odd how SiteAdvisor said the website at 5:54 said the website was safe.
